		<title>Report recommends moving SAT online</title>

		<description><![CDATA[A new report commissioned by the College Board recommends several steps for the board to take to ensure the kinds of scoring errors that plagued the SAT last fall don&apos;t happen again, including the use of better scanning software and even the possibility of offering the test online. Though there is room for improvement, the report notes, researchers say the scoring of SATs overall is reliable. Some critics, however, question the report&apos;s objectivity. ]]></description>
