Netopia products are accessed by electronic download so no media or documentation is supplied with the order.
Both products are dual platform.
Other than as provided in the End User License Agreement, no returns will be accepted.
All orders are placed with Software Services. Each order must reference the appropriate ESD number and the contact name/address/phone number/email or fax of the person responsible for holding the license.
There is no option for transferring licenses from one platform to another.
Each license includes one year of maintenance and upgrade insurance.
Products and pricing are subject to change.
Subscription can only be purchased at time of license purchase.
Product is invoiced the same day it ships. Payment terms are NET 30 days OAC; purchaser agrees to remit payment within 30 days of invoice date. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to an interest charge of one and one half percent per month on the unpaid balance. Orders are shipped FOB destination, shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.
