Blackboard Technical Details
The Blackboard learning system
is web-based, using port 80 for all incoming and outgoing traffic. Before
accessing the site, clients should speak with their system administrators
to ensure proper connectivity can be established. Below are a list of
items that should be checked to ensure proper connectivity to the ETDC
Blackboard system:
1. HTTP services are available for incoming and
going traffic (port 80).
2. Connectivity is available between the client site and the ETDC website
(http://online.edtech.wednet.edu).
3. Cookies are enabled on the client browser.
4. Enable Java on the client browser.
