Creating New Accounts:

1. Open an Excel file.

2. Fill in the worksheet as follows (these are required fields):
    Column A-user id: Enter first letter of first name and entire last name, e.g., dbarnhart
    Column B-last: Enter last name (example: Barnhart)
    Column C-first: Enter first name (example: Dick)
    Column D-email: Enter email address (example: dickb@esd113.k12.wa.us)
    Column E-password: Either (1) type a preferred password for each participant or (2) type changeme for each one and instruct your participants to use it initially and change it after logging in.

3. Save the file as follows:
    File name: create-users-location-date (example: create-users-esd113-5-17-05)

4. Send it to aallen@psesd.org as an attachment

5. Accounts will be created within 2 days of your submission
